Quality Assurance & Testing

Point-to-point continuity testing

Point to point continuity testing is performed on every panel, control center and power distribution center.

Standard testing procedures

Standard testing procedures include point-to-point continuity checks on all wiring. We also perform schematic logic and relay functional tests before shipment.

Workmanship experience

Keystone's workmanship has been developed over the last 45 years.

Every Keystone product goes through rigorous quality checks and testing procedures as defined by our documented QA program. Our testing is both in-process and prior to shipment. Standard testing procedures include point-to-point continuity checks on all wiring. We routinely perform schematic logic and relay functional tests before we ship to you.

Customer inspections and testing in our facility are common and encouraged. All relay acceptance, high voltage, and functional testing procedures are conducted according to IEEE/ANSI standards.

Our Doble F2100 test set, Peschel 100KV Hi Pot, and custom breaker simulator are applied to critical components.
